Our story started with Amy Elizabeth, a multi-passionate, heart-centred, spiritual and creative entrepreneur with love in her heart and passion through her soul.
Her vision to empower others to live a fulfilled life, all walking with their heads held high, full of confidence and joy and with optimum health and clarity of mind way beyond the physical is more important now than ever before.
Even back in 2009 when she first started out in business she had huge dreams to help others to fly high and she always created space for all to flourish in all areas of their lives, regardless.
Today, this is amplified as we create more change in the lives of others through the running of the Amy Elizabeth - From The Heart Foundation.
We now touch the lives of hundreds of children, teenagers and adults weekly, with a HUGE impact and domino effect. Yes that's right, positivity is indeed infectious.
For us, this means enriching people as well as our planet and working together in harmony, always coming from a place of love. We are committed to raising the consciousness and vibration of the world, as well as working to save our planet and protect animals far and wide.

My Story…
Over the years I have faced and overcome much adversity, abuse (mental and physical), pain and suffering and I am absolute proof of post traumatic growth. Healing is internal. Everything starts within. I have solidified my mindset with personal development and huge amounts of healing and spiritual growth. I now help others so that they do not have to suffer in ways I did. I’m dedicated to raising the consciousness of all and creating more happiness globally.
Even as a young child I was kind and giving and often took the opportunity to help others. I am super passionate about helping others - and this time around it is to help you to help yourself.
Self-help is key.
My background is in business via the arts, jewellery and fashion as a creative and designer over the last decade. I love to learn and I have many qualifications under my belt including; CAD / CAM Jewellery Design, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Dance, Painting and The Bars - Access Consciousness.
My passion for helping others, my love of holistic therapies, meditation and mindfulness means I have arrived with 'The Positivity Pack'. A new innovative self-help pack (with add ons as well as a supportive community and live self-help sessional work), all with you in mind.

Amy has been writing and speaking professionally since 2018 and has no intention of slowing down anytime soon with her writing and public appearance flow.
Amy is a 6 times mindset, nutrition and self-help author and is currently working on some collaborative book projects with soul led health and well-being entrepreneurs and also children and teenagers she has the pleasure of working with each week. She is actively speaking up and down the UK to energise and inspire all and has also kicked off her own podcast ‘Pure Talk Podcast’. She is well on her way to working towards her debut TED Talk and is working hard on her new album Pure Emotion as a singer / songwriter. She has passion, flare and is fully committed to being the change she wishes to see and implement in the world! Cheers to that!
I had a reading with Amy at the beginning of 2021 and I wrote down almost everything she was channeling for me. She gave me such detail and accuracy, that when things came to fruition I knew exactly what was going on.
I had several healing sessions with Amy and I took her course. This helped me so much in my own personal life and on my spiritual journey. I would highly recommend her and I still work with her to this day.
